We’re always pleased to welcome prospective students to Sheffield and showcase everything our University has to offer. Join us on a campus visit to learn more about our world-class facilities, meet our current students and take a tour of the UK’s number one student’s union:
Campus tours Our student-led walking tours are a great opportunity to visit some of the most widely-used facilities on campus. Campus tours run most weeks from our Students’ Union building, lasting around 90 minutes. Students can book a tour on an individual basis for themselves and one guest. Open days On our undergraduate open days, prospective students can attend academic talks with their chosen faculty, visit our campus and accommodation, and speak to staff and student ambassadors about life at Sheffield. Our 2022 open days will be taking place on Saturday 25 June and Saturday 9 July. Bookings will open in spring but students can register their interest with us in the meantime to receive information and updates. Applicant days All students who have applied to Sheffield through UCAS will be invited to an applicant day between now and April. Students should keep an eye on their email notifications for further information on how to reserve their place! Bespoke campus visits Our Student Recruitment Team can also arrange bespoke campus visits for your Post-16 school groups, featuring a selection of our HE advice and guidance sessions, along with a campus tour and student Q&A.
