Meet the tutor evening

Dear Parent/Carer

You are invited to attend a ‘meet the tutor’ evening on Thursday 16th November from 4pm-7pm.

This is a chance for you to meet your child’s tutor and receive information about how they have settled in this year. There will be curriculum talks in the Assembly Hall, which will give you information about the curriculum your child is studying and how to best support your child’s progress.

You do not need to book an appointment for the curriculum talks so please just turn up. It is important that all parents/carers take the opportunity to meet with their child’s tutor, therefore please book your appointments around any curriculum talk that you want to attend.

The curriculum talks are:

Key Stage 3 (Year7-9): 4.05pm, 5.05pm and 6.05pm
Key Stage 4 (Year 10): 4.25pm, 5.25pm and 6.25pm
Key Stage 5 (Year 12-13): 4.45pm, 5.45pm and 6.45pm

We will be using an online booking system, School Cloud, for you to book your tutor appointment. You will receive a link via email, on Thursday 2nd November that will enable you to book your tutor appointment, so please keep an eye out for this.

If you have recently changed your email address, or do not receive this link on Thursday 2nd November, then please contact our school reception to update your details.
