Winterstoke Hundred Academy Hosts Successful First Open Evening

Winterstoke Hundred Academy was thrilled to host its inaugural open evening for pupils starting in September 2025.

The event welcomed prospective students and their families to explore the school’s facilities and learn more about the unique opportunities available.

It was the first such event since the newly-built school first opened to pupils in January.

Visitors were treated to a range of engaging educational and interactive activities, designed to showcase the academy’s commitment to nurturing academic growth and personal development.

From science experiments and creative arts workshops to interactive sports demonstrations, there was plenty to see and do, offering a glimpse into the vibrant school community.

Even the representatives of our new house system made an appearance. Birnbeck Bears, Steep holm Stingrays, Middle Hope Meercats and Clarence Cobras!

Parents and students alike left with a positive impression of the school’s modern approach to education and its supportive learning environment.
